Wow #1 · Linked pairs
10,541
Same project linked by Modrinth ID and CurseForge ID.
Wow #2 · How many are mods?
94%
9,933 of 10,541 pairs are labeled “mods.”
A count of projects someone bothered to link by ID on both stores. Not every project on either store. Not sales.
If you bounce between stores, a lot of the big mods are the same project listed twice. Charts can still disagree on #1 even when catalogs overlap.
1. What’s in the link map?
That mix matches what I already know from Modrinth’s whole catalog: shaders are rare, resource packs are common, mods dominate. The dual-store map is even more mod-heavy than Modrinth alone. Playable mods are the main thing people bother to list twice.
2. What this map is not
It is not every project on either store. It is not sales. It is not proof both pages stay in sync on every version. It only counts projects someone bothered to link by ID, so the real dual-store total could be higher.
Tens of thousands of projects already have a twin listing. About 94% of those twins are mods.
How I calculated it
Rows = 10,541. Domain tallies via CSV column domain. Share mods = 9933/10541 ≈ 94.2%.

I used a public list that pairs the same project on both stores (mods, resource packs, shader packs). Broken or stale links are possible. Counts are from one save of that list.
