Which Minecraft food is weirdest vs real calories?

Golden carrots look like rocket fuel in-game. Cookies barely fill you. I used the same 100-gram kitchen rule for every food so the weird gaps show clearly.

Scenario #1 · Best fullness per calorie

Golden carrot

Best Minecraft sprint buffer per real calorie in the set. Gold is not counted as food energy.

Scenario #2 · Worst fullness per calorie

Cookie

Lots of real calories, almost no game buffer. Cake slices sit near the bottom too.

What this is.

A ranking of Minecraft foods by fullness (saturation) per real kitchen calorie under one 100-gram rule. Companion to How wrong is Minecraft about food?

Why it matters.

The hunger bar is balanced for fun fights, not a nutrition label. Once every food shares the same kitchen rule, golden carrots climb and cookies fall to the floor.

1. The fairness rule

Every food is compared as if it weighed 100 grams of a real stand-in food. Minecraft still uses its own hunger and saturation numbers. Score = game saturation ÷ real calories × 100. That asks: how much Minecraft tank do you buy per kitchen calorie?

2. Which foods overvalue the tank?
